Tom Ford moves Fall-Winter 2015 show to Los Angeles

Instead of presenting his next collection in London, as he has done since 2011, Ford will hold his Fall-Winter 2015-2016 runway show in Los Angeles.

Stepping out of the official fashion month circuit (which includes New York, London, Milan and Paris), Tom Ford has chosen to present his next line in LA on February 20, the first day of London fashion week. Fashion journalists can already start planning for this scheduling challenge. 

The designer explained his decision in a release addressed to the website Fashionista on Friday: “Like fashion, film is also a creative endeavor that is extremely important to me. I am excited to bring these two aspects of my life together by presenting the collection in Los Angeles.”
