MFW: luxe boho at Blugirl

At Blugirl, Anna Molinari channeled the rock ‘n’ roll independent spirit of music festivals like Glastonbury and Coachella. 

The boho-themed ‘escape with a luxe-touch’ was best summed up by the leather ankle boots studded with bands of crystal, worn with light lace dresses for the day and sheer gowns embellished with pale pink and silver sequins for the night. 

There were also camo and plaid shirts tied around the models’ waists (later worn over the top of the dresses), floral prints and long kaftan-style maxi gowns. 

The looks were accessorized with boho girl accessories, including leather backpacks and over the shoulder satchels. Models’ hair was pulled back, with loose ‘been-up-partying’ flyaways, some hidden under rib-knit beanies. Makeup followed the continued trend for glowing ‘nude’ complexions, with just a hint of grunge-rock eyeliner.
