Inside latest H&M Conscious campaign with Amber Valletta
This coming year, H&M is promoting its environmentally responsible side through not one but two Conscious collections, including one designed in partnership with the Ever Manifesto collective.
Picking up the torch from Vanessa Paradis, who starred in the eco-friendly label’s campaign in 2013, Amber Valletta will model pieces from the 2014 H&M Conscious collections in a forthcoming campaign. And the ready-to-wear brand has provided more details on the new partnership.
“I’m very excited to work with the H&M Conscious campaign, because we share the same values about sustainability,” said Valletta. “This collection shows that you can be as mindful about people and the environment as fashion conscious.”
The bohemian-inspired Conscious and Conscious Exclusive collections are made from sustainable materials including recycled elements, organic cotton, hemp and Tencel. Both collections will be available in select stores and online from next April 10.
Thirty-nine-year-old Amber Valletta has posed for some of the most prestigious names in fashion and beauty, including Tiffany & Co., Coach, Emilio Pucci and Prada.
