Rag & Bone presents GoPro runway films
Rag & Bone has gotten in on the GoPro trend, using 36 of the flexible little recording devices to film its latest show in New York City last month. Director Nathaniel Brown employed the cameras (including the new HERO3+ Black Edition) to give a front-row vantage point as well as some 360-degree perspectives.
It’s apparently the first time the GoPro cameras have been used as the solo method for filming a fashion show. Other brands including Topshop and Diane Von Furstenberg have previously employed Google Glass to present their runway presentations from a model’s perspective, and London brand Burberry has also used the Apple iPhone to film its catwalk shows.
