Viktor & Rolf to return to couture calendar

Viktor Horsting and Rolf Snoeren showed five haute couture collections in Paris between 1998 and July 2000, and now after a thirteen year gap they are set to return to the schedule.

It remains to be seen whether Viktor and Rolf will be hosting a full runway show or a more intimate presentation, but the pair were voted a ‘correspondent member’ by the Chambre Syndicale, French fashion’s governing body, in a meeting held on April 19, allowing them to once again show in the city. 

Fashionistas around the world will be eager to see what couture concoctions the Amsterdam-based designers can dream up after a decade focusing on their ready-to-wear.
