“We are pleased to announce Jennifer Garner as the new face of our #MaxMara Accessories Campaign,” tweeted the brand earlier this week, confirming rumors that had circulated since the start of the summer.
The Hollywood actress, married to Oscar-winning actor and director Ben Affleck, was shot by famed fashion photographer Mario Sorrenti in the latest Max Mara accessories campaign, showing off the label’s new Jbag and sunglasses.
With print advertising set to hit the September issues of magazines under the slogan ‘Timeless is Now’, the debut celebrity face for Max Mara was revealed in a glamorous dinner at Bills 54 in the Big Apple on Thursday evening.
Garner wore a black satin cocktail dress at the event, which also drew appearances from singer Solange Knowles, “Mad Men” actress Christina Hendricks and model Molly Sims.
This is the 41-year-old star’s first major fashion campaign, although Garner has also served as the face of the Neutrogena skincare line.
