Julia Stegner is the latest pretty face in Rag & Bone campaign

One of the fashion industry’s favorite faces, 29-year-old model Julia Stegner appears in Rag & Bone’s latest D.I.Y. Project, which saw her snap pieces from the brand’s latest line with nothing more than a digital camera.

All the photos were shot on the beach in Costa Rica with her dog Kasper and her boyfriend in tow. “My boyfriend took the photos,” explained Julia. “We were there for three weeks so we’d just sporadically take the camera down to the beach.”

Costa Rica is “a magical, inspiring place” according to the model: “we went surfing every day, watched the monkeys in our garden, cooked and ate a lot of delicious food. I can’t wait to go back.”

The D.I.Y project flips the traditional fashion campaign on its head, by sending models off into the wild with a bag of Rag & Bone clothes. Models including Miranda Kerr, Liu Wen, Bridget Hall, Abbey Lee Kershaw and Candice Swanepoel have all starred in previous editions, showing off their creativity by interpreting and styling the designs.
