Goop x Stella McCartney coming soon

They’ve been friends for years, and now it looks like Hollywood actress and lifestyle expert Gwyneth Paltrow will be working with her old pal, fashion designer Stella McCartney. 

The brand posted pictures of the pair (dressed of course, head to toe in Stella McCartney) at an English garden party in London that McCartney hosted for Goop, Paltrow’s “weekly lifestyle publication” featuring a mix of travel, fashion, food and well-being. 

Now there’s more news — according to posts on both Goop and McCartney’s Facebook walls, there’s a new Stella and Goop project in the works, which will be “Launching September ’13”. 

As of now, there’s no information on what this collaboration is going to entail — it could be bags, sunglasses, shoes or even a capsule collection of ready to wear. 

McCartney has previously worked with high street retailler H&M on a capsule collection, and has a regular seasonal collaboration with German sportswear company Adidas for the ‘Adidas by StellaMcCartney’ line.  

Previous Goop collaborations include a special range of nail polishes produced with Butter London. The current line up of Goop products includes a four-piece sunglasses collection with hip eyewear label Warby Parker.
