CFDA
Created especially for the 2013 CFDA Awards, this video shows a cast of male models in an eyebrow-raising attempt at Daft Punk’s 2013 hit “Get Lucky.” Dressed in menswear designs by CFDA nominees Thom Browne, Michael Bastian and Duckie Brown they’ll have you howling for the real Pharrell in no time.
Casely-Hayford
Directed by emerging talent Sean Frank, this video, designed to show off the Casely-Hayford Fall-Winter 2013 collection, cuts together pieces from the father-son duo’s latest looks and vintage shots from 1970s and ’80s NHL games. Rounded off with a series of hockey helmet tableaux vivants, it’s an engaging and dynamic short film from the London label.
Dior
The minute-long film for the new My Dior jewelry collection is sountracked by the Cocteau Twins hit “Lorelei.” Shot in a mixture of black and white, the film shows two Dior models enjoying the latest latticework designs by creative director of Christian Dior Fine Jewelry, Victoire de Castellane.
