Victoria’s Secret runway show: what to expect

Brazilian duo Alessandra Ambrósio and Adriana Lima will be strutting their stuff, and Lima has already been snapped at her fittings for the 2013 edition, wearing a classic ‘Pearly Queen’ cockney inspired get-up. Fellow ‘Angels’ from the Southern Hemisphere include Namibian model (and future Mrs Adam Levine) Behati Prinsloo and South African blonde Candice Swanepoel.

Candice has already unveiled the $10 million ‘Royal Fantasy Bra’ designed by Mouawad, which she’ll be showing off again on the evening with its 4,200 rubies, blue and yellow sapphires and diamonds, all handset in 18-karat gold. 

The show, which takes place Wednesday at New York City’s Armory, will air just under a month later on December 10. 

Meanwhile pop-country megastar Taylor Swift has been confirmed as the musical headliner at this year’s show. She’ll be ably supported by rockers Fall Out Boy, UK girl group Neon Jungle, and American duo A Great Big World.
