Roland Mouret
Spring-Summer 2015 – Roland Mouret’s collection for the S/S15 is characterized by a wise use of colours and shapes, creating graceful clothes and making us appreciate the beauty of the female forms.
The colour palette is broad and it plays with juxtapositions of pastels tones. It goes from pure white to emerald green, from bright red to flashes of intense purple.
The whole collection is defined by combinations of colour blocks, stripes and big flowers inspired by an enlarged broderie anglaise.
All the fabrics and textiles used by Mouret are soft and light, in order to follow perfectly the female silhouette. In this Mouret’s S/S15 there is an abundance of fringes; large belts to bandage the waistlines; colourful accessories – like shoes and purses – to give a solid personality to the collection.
