Paul Smith
Spring-Summer 2014 – Paul Smith’s collection this season has a decidedly Spring/Summer palette. It is made up of refreshing sorbet colours such as yellow, coral and hot pink. These colours are either used for full garments or made into patterns of geometric shapes. There are also some whites, greys and burgundies to make it all more wearable. The garments themselves are summery; shorts, casual jackets and short sleeve shirts. There are all some patterns which make the entire collection more interesting. Some of them are floral, others made up of triangles in many different colours, and there is even one made up of images of mushrooms; which is a very iconic image used throughout the collection, especially on shirts, scarves and slouchy jumpers.
