Valentino
Autumn-Winter 2014/15 – Valentino’s key theme this season is the bold Aztec print, the dusky pinks and mustard yellows and the statement outerwear; either all at once or a piece at a time.
Indulgence oozes as the models stride down the runway; the casual bottoms, sleek trousers, well fitted jeans and relaxed footwear are complimented and made more lavish by the oversized coats and jackets.
Oversized coats excrete warmth whilst creating structure; the idea being emphasized underneath by the fitted layers. Jazz up your relaxed look with a simple tan leather briefcase or a furry hat to draw the first initial attention to the outfit.
Although the line may be considered fairly basic; the point is of the creativity to experiment with sizes, prints and accessories. Once you have a mixture of them, you’re Valentino’s protégé.
