Kenzo
Kenzo Man Spring-Summer 2017 – The Kenzo show was one that wished to ‘celebrate the unifying power of music,’ something that was easy to identify through the various materials, textures and designs on show in Paris. The catwalk show revealed a collection of interesting and spectacular garments that echoed back to the 90’s era, such as funnel-neck silhouettes, flat caps and subdued neon’s, all of which gave the vibe of a disco or nightclub, something that Kenzo has undoubtedly reflected excellently in previous collections. Shaggy coats and loud, slogan jackets proved to be stand-out pieces of the collection, both of which made quite a statement. As per usual, the Kenzo logo made several appearances. A diverse range of footwear provided an eye-catching part of the collection, with everything from multi-coloured stripe plastic boots, to casual leather sliders and sandals. Hair was natural and grungy, and makeup minimal, adding to the overall hot night-club feel of the whole collection.
