David Koma
David Koma Woman Autumn-Winter 2016 – London Fashion Week regular David Koma, who presents two womenswear collections a year, showcased a collection that featured geometrical shapes, particularly circles, to intriguing effect. This was effortlessly shown on a grey dress with a curved hem that revealed the models legs to perfection.
Grey jackets paired with white jumpsuits and skirts created crisp outfits. The collection was given an edge with studded dresses and leather skirts. Trims of orange on dresses and a full on orange skirt injected colour into the collection. Knitted roll neck sweaters with geometric shapes or embellishments kept the collection unique. The trend for cut-out skirts revealing things and underwear is set to continue as displayed by David Koma.
Ultimately this was a collection that unapologetically showcased women’s sex appeal. From shoulders revealingly shown off to full effect through the use of cut-outs or thin straps to waists and chests played up to maximum effect.
