New pieces by Georgia Hardinge for River Island dropping this week

Georgia Hardinge‘s latest River Island collection follows on from her successful Spring/Summer 2013 collaboration with the brand. Packed with her trademark architectural shapes, Hardinge’s 11-piece capsule goes on sale from this Thursday online and in River Island stores. 

This new Autumn-Winter 2013 line features a new digital print created by folding paper books into sculptural forms. The monochrome print is mixed in with vibrant cobalt blue pieces including bodycon dresses, blouses, sheer maxi skirts, and neoprene crop tops.

Trained at the Parsons School of Fashion Design in Paris, British-born Hardinge launched her namesake line in 2009, and went on to win the Vauxhall Fashion Scout award. She has previously dressed celebrities including Beyonce, Florence Welch, Lady Gaga, Jessie J and Nicole Scherzinger.

Past River Island collaborations include the multi-season capsule collection created by Rihanna, which the pop star first unveiled alongside designer Adam Selman at London Fashion Week in February this year.
