Fossil and Eley Kishimoto capsule emphasizes fun in everyday objects

The 19-piece ELEY KISHIMOTO X FOSSIL collection blends modern and vintage touches and features three exclusive designer prints by Eley Kishimoto. The products include watches (inspired by a 1950s kitchen timer shape), small leathergoods, handbags, and other accessories.

The collection was described as “simple, modern and fun” by Fossil’s Tom Kennedy.

“The Retro Timer Watch was the result of our watch team’s effort to develop an innovative new mechanism which made Wakako Kishimoto’s designs come to life,” he explained.

“The pieces were designed to provide (modern curious minds with a touch of humor,” added Mark Eley, and they are set to launch at Fossil stores in the US, Europe and Asia on October 26. Eley Kishimoto’s designs have previously appeared across collaborations with Clarks shoes, Eastpack, and Les Ateliers Ruby.
