Cara Delevingne models for Mulberry Spring-Summer 2014
Following on from Fall-Winter 2013 campaign, which saw Delevingne surrounded by owls, the model’s animal co-stars this time around include Pukka the tortoise, Spud the cockatoo, and Dusty the pony.
Shot once again by fashion legend Tim Walker and styled by Edward Enninful, Cara takes her place at an English tea party for the Spring-Summer 2014 images, which give „a romantic, literary and very British feel to the Mulberry brand,“ according to Mulberry brand director Anne-Marie Verdin, who spoke to WWD.
The campaign was art directed by Ronnie Cooke Newhouse and Stephen Wolstenholme of House and Holme. Val Garland provided makeup while hair was by Malcolm Edwards, and the elaborate set design was created by Rhea Thierstein, who dressed up Shotover House, an 18th century Oxfordshire country house.
The label will not show a runway collection at the upcoming London Fashion Week, as they are still hunting for a replacement for recently departed creative director Emma Hill.
