Lanvin
Spring-Summer 2015 – The S/S15 by Lavin is characterized by straight lines and simple shapes, giving a timeless feeling to the collection.
Precious brocades, laces and luxurious flowers motifs seem to recall the spirit of the Arts&Crafts prints and a general flavour of past times. The influence of the nineteenth-century taste is especially clear in the details of the crafted jewelery pieces.
Colours are matched combining similar tones and playing with light and shade, in a colour palette which is based on charcoal grey, white, nude tones, brick red and cobalt blue.
Fabrics are soft and light, creating harmonious volumes that follow the movements of the models on the catwalk.
