Proenza Shouler
Spring-Summer 2015 – Proenza Schouler always aim to impress with highly technical tailoring and unique and different detailing, and it was again the case for their SS15 collection. Fantastic tailoring was used to create high waisted shirts that wouldn’t look out of place in an office, ruched trousers, almost prim 50s length dresses, and more loose dresses and shirts featured a very on trend morphed grid pattern. For the most part, a black and white colour scheme was used throughout but with very well chosen blocks of colour in stand out pockets and collars using rust, metallic green, telephone box red and what seemed to be animal prints.
On trend over-exaggerated coats and midi length skirts featured more unique prints and detailing that only Proenza Schouler could pull off – unique stripes of print and cut out hatching along with a print that on first glance looks like gingham, a very popular print that has been seen throughout the week, but on second glance appears to be a very compressed meshwork.
