Armani Privé Haute Couture Spring-Summer 2017 – Reminiscent of an idyllic sunset, Armani Privé utilizes amber tones across a plethora of styles. First paired in juxtaposition with printed jackets and slim fitting black trousers, golden tones transgress to brighter oranges and yellows as seen in both flowing trousers and fitted tailored jackets alike. Majestic ombre and fluidity is created in tumbling waterfall style skirts, in contrast to other dresses demonstrating the coalition of different prints on either side of a wide tied belt. One-shoulder pieces proved popular, appearing in a variety of colours and fabrics with sequins, silk and feathers all providing different textures and depths. Makeup was bronze and glowing, rife with contouring and golden accents around the eyes and temples. Cheekbones were accented alongside statement earrings, working with up dos and loose curls framing the face to emanate a sense of effortless ease. Clutch bags and handbags alike proved vital accessories in a variety of different shapes and sizes, with block colours highlighting a multitude of different straps from translucent plastic to chain.
