Krizia
Krizia Woman Spring Summer 2017 – Krizia was beautifully lightweight this season. Wide silken trousers hung loosely and jumpsuits flowed down the body. Tops tended to be form fitting and often semi-transparent, whilst skirts were long and fluid. Dresses stopped mid-calf and many looks accentuated a single shoulder. Black and white seemed to be the main event this season although powder blues also found their place.
Ruffles were big at Krizia, starting simply with cross shoulder pieces but slowly escalating to the more dramatic and theatrical. These included bold gold additions to sleeveless black duster coats and blazers and quickly evolved in to a 3D piece climbing over the shoulder like a snake.
Sporty sweatshirt style pieces interrupted the simple elegance of the rest of the show. A beautiful tiger print decorated a sweatshirt and dress. The vibrancy of the jungle pattern was exquisitely executed, adding a new lease of life in to the collection.
