Guilloche

A Guilloche pattern is a pattern that is made up of a repeat of interlaced, curved bands. These bands often meet and form circles in the patterns. These patterns were originally used in architecture but are now used in textiles. In terms of design, it is very similar in appearance to the Spirograph patterns used in mathematics. This pattern is printed onto the fabric after manufacture.
